This is a simple but true fact; only people who have been born again are Christians. Jesus Christ warned that anyone who is not born again will go to hell.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

1 Peter 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

A person who is not born again is DEAD spiritually, lost, no matter what they mentally believe in or how many religious activities they participate in.
Ephesians 2:5
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
Because they don’t want to repent of their sins and believe in Christ alone for salvation, they add good works and “I’m a good person” to the equation. Doing good works is not good in God’s eyes. It is self righteous wickedness and sin.
Isaiah 64:6
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Catholics are not Christians.
The Catholic Church is a cult. They have a false Christ, a false priesthood, false rituals, unbiblical laws, and a false gospel of works.
Matthew 24:4-5
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
1 Timothy 2:5-6
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Rituals, pagan ceremonies and a false gospel of working (doing sacraments) for salvation are antichrist.
Hebrews 10:11
And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
Those who are not born again (alive with the Holy Spirit) do not have forgiveness of their sins- they are dead spiritually and when they die they go to hell.

He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
After being born again / saved, there will be fruit of the new birth in your life. Born again Christians fear for the souls of lost, and want to warn them of the wrath to come, not lie/pretend everything is okay.
Psalm 119:53
Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
Proverbs 28:4-5
They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things.
Proverbs 28:9
He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
A born again believer has the Holy Spirit, loves God’s word and knows that it is pure truth. The Holy Spirit guides a believer into all truth. Christians care about truth, study the Bible, hate evil, and separate from error/ sin.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Truth divides. Jesus said:
